The Gear Down Tour

COVID-19 update:
Following BC’s provincial health guidelines, we are adjusting our business to this current situation and wanted to update our guests of the changes. We care deeply about the safety of our guests and tour guides, and as you know, we work closely with many tourism partners, who are doing the same.
We will do our best to keep a 2 metre distance when traveling to each winery/brewery, the vehicles with be sanitized before and after tour, and disposable masks and water bottles are provided if you do not bring your own. We also have eliminated some lunch stops at this time to reduce potential exposure, and we ask that you carry your own purchases to the vehicle.
At this time, we are offering wine tours with a minimum of 4 guests.
It is possible to take a larger groups, but there are some limitations. Please call the office to confirm what is available.
**COVID-19 changes and updates are constant in the tourism industry, so the website might not reflect those changes right away.
Please call the office for any questions and we can chat about tour options for your group.

Tips and Info:
This tour is available from May to October. The best way to reserve your equipment and to secure your day/time of your tour, is to book in advance. The sooner, the better.

We work closely with industry professionals who will take very good care of you on the trail and in the water.

Due to the summer season being very busy, we want to do our best to streamline the prep time, so we will have forms for you to fill out on the way to the site. When we arrive, their staff will give you a 10-15 minute tutorial to help you familiarize yourself to the equipment and safety guidelines.

Novice or expert, these activities are suited to fit every level of capability.

We have capacity for large groups, but again advance notice is best. We provide comfortable transportation in our 11 passenger Ford Transit with air conditioning.

It is important to keep hydrated during your activity and on the wine tour, so we provide cold water bottles for our guests.

If your group is larger than that, no problem. We can make arrangements to have a larger capacity vehicle accommodate your group.

Again, the sooner you can book in advance, the more efficient we can be. Do you see a theme here? 😉

We have the same cancellation policy that applies to both adventure tours and wine tours.
